Visual clearance certificate

Asbestos Safety West (ASW) will attend site following completion of asbestos removal works to visually inspect the asbestos removal area and adjacent locations.

The purpose of the inspection is to independently verify that all asbestos materials have been removed and the area satisfactorily cleaned. The asbestos clearance certificate states that after asbestos removal works the area can be safely re-occupied.

Please note that Asbestos Safety West is not:

• affiliated with the asbestos removal contractor; or

• present during the asbestos removal to manage or supervise the contractor.
